1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of seaworld.gr/cdc/. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
The website is operated by Κ. Μαυροχωρίδης – Α. Γλαρούδης Ο.Ε. (Greek General Partnership), trading as Sea World Scuba Diving Center / Kentro Katadyseon Thalassios Kosmos. 2. What this website is for
This microsite presents the SeaWorld PADI Career Development Center: instructor development courses, professional-level training, our course directors and related services. The content is provided for information and contact. It does not replace direct confirmation from us about a specific course, date or price.
3. No online bookings or payments
This website does not accept online bookings or online payments. A message, email, telephone call or WhatsApp conversation does not by itself create a confirmed booking or a contract.
Availability, prices, course schedules, entry prerequisites, cancellation terms and payment methods are confirmed separately by us in writing. Additional course-specific or programme-specific terms may apply and prevail for that service.
4. Training, prerequisites and safety
Diving and professional-level training require appropriate certification, logged experience, medical fitness, completed declarations, parental or guardian consent where applicable, and compliance with safety briefings and training-agency standards. Enrolment and participation always remain subject to assessment and acceptance by the responsible dive centre and its professionals.
Sea conditions, weather, operational requirements, participant safety, training-agency standards and applicable rules may require a programme to be changed, postponed or cancelled. General website information does not replace professional briefings or local instructions, and certification is never guaranteed by enrolment alone: it depends on meeting the performance requirements of the relevant training agency.
5. Accuracy and availability of information
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but course content, schedules, contact details, prices and other details may change. We do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or continuously available. Please confirm essential information with us directly before arranging travel or enrolment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, collect data automatically in a way that burdens the service, or use the content for unlawful or misleading purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, videos and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to SeaWorld Diving Centers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, publication or commercial use requires the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder.
Third-party names, logos and certification marks that appear on this website, including those of the training agencies whose programmes we deliver, remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe the training offered.
8. Third-party websites and services
The website links to social networks, mapping services, the websites of other SeaWorld diving centres and other third-party services, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or data processing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on incomplete or outdated general information on this website, from temporary unavailability, or from the content and operation of third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that is prohibited by law.
10. Privacy and cookies
How we process personal data and use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to you under consumer or other applicable legislation. We may update these terms when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The version in force will be published on this page.
